General informations

The guide will wait at the agreed meeting point, holding up a sign with Top Travel Italy logo and your name on it.

We don’t use vouchers because all our services are provided on private bases, so you are more than a reservation number for us! We will make sure you will have a copy of your confirmed itinerary with all details and information before you leave for your Italian trip.

All our services are provided in English. If required, we can arrange services in other languages (e.g. Spanish, Russian, or even Italian!).

In Italy tip is not mandatory and it corresponds to how much you enjoyed a certain service received. All suppliers are already paid in full for their work, so you can tip them as much as you wish, only if they did a good job!

Company information

Our office is in Italy, Rome.

We are a DMC located in Rome and we provide tailor-made services in all Italian destinations, assisting our Customers before, during and after the booking with Concierge services (restaurant reservations, events etc.).

Our office is located in Italy, but we also provide a US number because we give the chance to people calling from North America to use the US number avoid to pay for international calls.

Payments and cancellation policy

We are a Company registered at the Italian Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA), and our bank accounts are in Italy, so we charge the due amount in Euro.

Forms of payment accepted are payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or wired transfer.

We don’t charge any additional fee when we receive new requests from Customers.
